IVConsult is a very well known and established business successfully working in the city of Varna,  as well as on the territory  of the whole Varna District, Bourgas and Dobritch Districts and so covering almost the whole Black Sea Coast. Engineer Vladislav Andreev joined the company in the beginning  of 2009 as a manager - consultant after a long and interesting career working as the Chief Planning officer for the municipality of Varna at the Department Cadastre and Regulation.

He brings to IVConsult many years of knowledge and experience as to the understanding and workings of Varna City and the Greater Varna District.

One of his final responsibilities while in office was to formulate and implement the new Varna Plan / Cadestre Map, thus his insight into this is extremely useful in many of our client’s issues.
