This POLICY applies to IV CONSULT and the information collected on this website. IV CONSULT respects each and every client’s and visitor's right to personal privacy. As a result, it only collects information on the website which it discloses in this PRIVACY POLICY.
The IV CONSULT servers do not automatically link any information relating to each and every visitor to the website to an email address.
The information that IV CONSULT collects is:
• used to improve the content and functionality of IV CONSULT.
• used to inform members and visitors about updates to IV CONSULT.
• never shared with other organisations for commercial purposes.
During the registration process, a user must supply certain contact information (including their email address) to IV CONSULT– however, IV CONSULT promises to NEVER sell or distribute this information. This information is only gathered to contact the user about the SERVICES available on IV CONSULT which he/she has expressed an interest in. Giving additional information helps provide a better service - but it is not imperative for the use of the IV CONSULT service.

In the same manner, photographic material that is supplied to IV CONSULT by any client or visitor to the site is stored on the server’s file structure. Sensitive information – including a client or visitor’s name, surname and/or email address are – under no circumstances – revealed to any other client or visitor to the site. All personal data is stored in the strictest of confidence.
Information Shared
IV CONSULT will not sell or redistribute a client’s information or personal details to any third party. The information provided by the CLIENT will reside solely on the IV CONSULT servers.
Types of Information Distributed to Clients
IV CONSULT sends newsletters, special offers, joining/password communications and confirmations, to a client's email account. However, IV CONSULT cannot guarantee the number of emails a client will receive on a daily basis. IV CONSULT will only send the CLIENT emails which it deems to be of interest.
Opting Out of Client Emails
Clients that do not wish to continue receiving communications of this nature are able to opt-out of receiving mail from the IV CONSULTSERVICE. The CLIENT has the ability to unsubscribe from any – or all – mails during their period of the service. This can be done directly by the CLIENT by accessing the section titled “settings”, and clicking on the link “Contact”. Here, the CLIENT can instruct us to pause/stop email communications.
Notification of Changes
If IV CONSULT makes changes to its PRIVACY POLICY, these changes will be posted and/or communicated to the clients on the service immediately.
Complaints
